Finding a job in a new city can be intimidating. The DPA tries to help incoming and current partners find jobs at the many wonderful companies that call Charlottesville home. We send out a book of resumes for job-hunting DPA members to Charlottesville companies twice a year and can help you gain a better understanding of what the Charlottesville job market has to offer. Not looking for full-time employment? We can point you in the direction of temporary or part-time work such as babysitting, tutoring, or temping for the University. We can also help you find volunteer opportunities if you are unable to work and want to put your many talents to good use in our community.
